A brake pad retainer (also known as an anti-rattle clip or spring) is a vital hardware piece that keeps disc brake pads securely aligned in the caliper bracket, maintains tension to prevent rattling, and helps pads back away cleanly from the rotor when pressure is released.
This brake pad retainer set is direct from Honda Japan, and is the correct factory retainer for your Vamos' front brakes.
Sold as a set of 4, which covers both calipers in the front (2 per caliper).
