A Genuine Honda front, right, lower control arm, includes the ball joint and bushings. Direct fitment for your Honda Acty originally fitted with threaded type ball joints. If you are experiencing vibrations while driving, clunking noises or pulling to one side, you may need to replace your control arm. As control arms are a critical part of the vehicle's suspension we strongly recommend inspecting the arms and replacing them immediately if there are broken ball joints or bushings.
