A Genuine Honda knock sensor, specifically for the HA6 and HA7 model Honda Acty.

The knock sensor detects premature fuel combustion (engine knock) inside the cylinders.  It tells the engine computer to adjust the ignition timing so the fuel burns safely.
If you have a check engine light or sluggish acceleration, the Acty's computer switches to a safe, low-power mode to protect the engine.  Or, if you have bad gas mileage it is due to inefficient fuel combustion causing the engine to burn more gas than usual.  Also, if you hear a metallic tapping, pinging, or knocking sound coming from the engine when you accelerate, chances are your knock sensor needs to be replaced.
